We deliver across India. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your city. Shipping is currently free on all orders.

Every order gets a unique order number (e.g. TX-K7M2PQ9X) shown at checkout. Use it on our Track order page any time to see its current status.
Returns
We can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging, within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items can be returned regardless of packaging — please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect a return, refunds for online payments are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Cashfree. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer.
